Brooke Marshall

Philanthropy Manager

Brooke Marshall’s journey with Miracle Babies began in 2015 after the birth of her daughter, Piper, who was placed on life support in the NICU at Rady Children’s Hospital. After 33 days, Piper sadly passed away. Since then, Brooke has been deeply committed to supporting NICU families and raising awareness around infant loss and perinatal mental health.

Her dedication to this mission led her from volunteering with Miracle Babies to joining the team full-time, where she now serves as Philanthropy Manager. Brooke’s lived experience gives her a heartfelt connection to the families she supports, and she finds great purpose in helping others through some of their most difficult moments.

Outside of her work, Brooke is passionate about fitness and understands the powerful role it plays in both physical and mental well-being. She is honored to be part of an organization that aligns so closely with her values and is grateful that what began as a volunteer role has grown into a meaningful career.
