In Atlanta, Dr. Larry Matsumoto, Perinatologist at the Center for Perinatal Medicine was experiencing his own family’s battle with preterm labor. Witnessing the success and impact of the California nonprofit he felt deeply about launching a chapter at Northside Hospital; where more babies are born than any other hospital in the country. In partnership with Northside Hospital Foundation, Miracle Babies at Northside Hospital was launched in 2012, with a mission to provide support and financial assistance to families with critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU); and to enhance the well-being of women, children and their families through education, prevention and medical care.

Miracle Babies at Northside Hospital provides support in time of crisis to families with babies in the NICU who live in the Atlanta community. Learn more about Miracle Babies at Northside by visiting www.northside.com/MiracleBabies.
