Meet Kim proud mom to one little girl Jaedyn and five surro-babies. Kim learned about Miracle Babies while being cared for by founder Dr. Sean Daneshmand in 2016, with no first hand experience in the NICU but a knowledge of the challenges families face while in the NICU planted the seed to serve along side the Miracle Babies staff in any capacity.
In 2017 Kims first set of surro-twins spent a week in the NICU and during her visits was reminded of all she learned on her journey through Dr. Daneshmand and started to volunteer on the annual 5K committee.
Most recently Kim has dedicated all of her Saturday’s through the COVID-19 pandemic to manage traffic control at our diaper distributions. She has become very creative in managing traffic flow providing a quick, pleasurable experience for participants. Kim states, “volunteering for Miracle Babies has provided me with so much joy and light in such an uncertain time. It also allows me to show Jaedyn that being bigger than yourself and paying it forward in little acts is a big blessing to those on the receiving end.” Thank you Kim (aka Clorox queen) for ensuring our diaper distributions run smoothly and safely. Additionally, we are extremely grateful for Kim keeping us stocked with Clorox wipes!
